Megasync waiting driver#
Every hour, a new driver takes over so no one gets drowsy at the wheel. Giles' team of about 30 drivers, engineers, and technicians are a close bunch, used to working together in isolation to steer a veritable ocean liner in the dead of night. A successful uncrewed flight test would clear the way for humans to use it in the future for voyages to the moon and potentially Mars. If all goes according to plan, Orion atop the rocket will travel 1.3 million miles over six weeks.
